This page provides general tips about disassembling the phone:

• Be careful about screw lengths and keep the case screws and PCB screws separate. Using a long case screw in a PCB screw hole can damage the screen.
• The WWAN and Wifi modems need to be uninstalled before the back part of the case can be removed.
• The SIM card tray needs to be removed to get the main PCB out.
